My son. The constant reminder to see the world through the eyes of a child. I am totally besotted as I’m sure you are able to ascertain from my posts!
But man I just adore watching Daniel and seeing the world through his eyes.
And its an even more amazing world now that he’s begun crawling. Before I would had stripped my moer at a mess in the house, now I just smile those really pathetic I’m -so-smitten smiles at the mess as I remember the investigation and excitement went along with it.
Here are a few pics of Daniel on the beach a few weekends ago. Of COURSE he HAD to taste the sand. What is discovery without a taste test. 🙂
He keeps it simple, it is what it is, there’s no baggage, no ‘movie’ he’s created about a scenario. I hope that I can be the type of mom that encourages that discovery for as long as possible.
